I was able to find one negative review but it did not seem to come from a reliable source, and the Looselines website has been built with the ability to address user issues. 
 

License

Looselines has stated on their terms of service that they are a licensed Costa Rican casino operator.
 
This will require users to report their winnings and losses to their local government on their own as there are no filings that Looselines is required to make about your activity on the platform unless you live in Costa Rica. 

To avoid that hassle, Looselines has prohibited anyone from Costa Rica from using their platform.

The standard website security feature across the web is an SSL certificate. 

Looselines has an SSL certificate on their website so you can be sure that the website’s identity is legitimate and your encrypted connection to it is safe. 

You should not worry about depositing funds to an account on Looselines.

There is also an entire page dedicated to addressing the privacy policy that details how Looselines uses your personal and user data. I appreciate the transparency.
 

Reputation of Owners

The owners of Looselines are listed as Jazz Sports. Jazz Sports is its own online casino and sportsbook that has a similar user interface. 

After further research, I was unable to find information about the owners of Jazz Sports, which on some sites was listed as DPT Sports Group. I was unable to find anything about DPT Sports Group either.

This lack of ownership transparency is a bit of a red flag, but such is the case with many of these online venues and is not a sole reason to avoid the platform. 

Many gamblers will rely on reviews and complaints from other gamblers to understand if a platform is worthy, as discussed below. 
 

Complaints Received

Looselines has done a great job on their site in terms of making an effort to address complaints. 

They have phone service and 24/7 chat service that should take care of major issues. 

The following line is even included in their terms of service. 
 

Directly responding to any inquiry that comes up is a great way to be transparent with a customer base. 

One thing Looselines could do to ramp up their community’s trust is to build a forum on their site for gamblers to discuss platform or onboarding issues. 

While most review sites I scoured listed no reviews for the platform, I was able to find one negative review on Trust Pilot. 

This review was left by an anonymous account who had only left two reviews on Trust Pilot - both very negative. 

I believe reviewers of this nature may not paint an accurate picture of what they are reviewing because they are only reviewing things they are angry with. The spelling and grammar are also incorrect in the review, so it is not a convincing argument.

The Looselines casino offers 16 different game categories - Slots, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps 3D, Slots, Keno, Bingo, Fixed Odds, Live Games, Other Games, Poker, Rummy, Scratch Card, Table Games, Video Poker, Virtual Sports.

Below are examples of three well-populated categories on the platform - Slots, Blackjack, and 3D Slots. 

As you can see, the games are colorful and full of competition.

The poker features offered by Looselines are the same as the ones offered by Jazz Sports. 

You can play 2D poker in the casino or play other players on a third-party site called Even Bet Poker. 

Unfortunately, I was the only active user on Even Bet Poker. This can be an issue as you may have a hard time finding competition.
 

The stakes vary between $0.01 and $50, but I was unable to determine the pot sizes due to a lack of volume in opponents. 

They offer two versions of Poker with three variations - Hold’em and Omaha, with fixed, pot limit, and no limit variations.

Even Bet Poker is available in two languages: English and Spanish.

Their listings include baseball, baseball futures, Olympic events, pro football, pro football futures, NFL regular season prop bets, college football, college football futures, pro basketball, pro basketball futures, hockey, hockey futures, soccer, soccer futures, soccer prop bets, UFC / MMA fighting, Boxing, Golf, Tennis, Motor Racing, and politics. 

Yes, I am listing politics as a sport. It’s full of good sportsmanship!

Unfortunately, there is no poker option on Looselines apart from video poker. But if anything changes, we’ll be sure to review it here!
 
 

8. Player Experience 8.4/10

The experience of going through the site and attempting to place bets was very easy. 

I had no issues with pages not loading and was able to securely browse what they had to offer. 
 

Design and Appearance

The design of this site is similar to that of Jazz Sports but is decidedly better. As stated earlier in the reputation section, Jazz Sports is listed as the owner of Looselines so it would make sense that there are similarities in the user interface. 
 

Looselines does a very good job at laying out the site and if you are familiar with online gambling, you should have no issue placing bets. 

A wide selection of sports and casino games is available, all laid out in a straightforward and pleasing way. 
 

Platform Features

Looselines offers everything that you can expect from an online gaming site. 

Gamblers can choose to bet on sports, esports, casino games, poker games, horse racing, individual contests, virtual sports, or choose to place player prop bets.
 

Player Prop Bets

Looselines allows you to place customized player prop bets. Prop bets are propositions you make to the platform. 

The platform will get back to you with odds that, if mutually accepted, are the agreed-upon terms for the bet. This feature enables Looselines to make a market for nearly anything!
 

Registration Process

The registration process is very simple. You have the option to either make a normal account or an anonymous account.

A normal account requires you to input your details into the form below. 
 

Alternatively, you can elect to register as an anonymous account where you are required to provide only an email and a digital wallet address. 

A digital wallet address is a combination of letters and numbers that pseudonymously represent an account number for digital holdings. 

Below is the form you would have to fill out for an anonymous account. Take note of the different rules regarding anonymous accounts.
 

Anonymous accounts are restricted to the following:

• Can only deposit / withdrawal via crypto.
• Can only request a max 10% cash bonus.
• Can only place a max $250 wager.

• For the 50% cash bonus, the maximum wager amount is $500.
• For the 100% cash bonus, the maximum wager amount is $250.
• Free Play: This allows you to place free plays with no risk. Whenever you win a Free Play wager, the winnings will become cash and available in your account. 
• With your Free Play bonus, you can only place straight bets on the four major sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL). 
• If you are a new customer and receive complimentary casino spins, you will have a max cash-out of $50.
• If you fund your account with a deposit, the max cash-out is eliminated; but the balance will be reset to $50 before the new deposit is made.
• Rollover requirements include the sum of the deposit and awarded bonuses, multiplied by the rollover number for that particular bonus plan. Example: Deposit of $300 with a 10% Bonus. (Deposit of $300 + 10% Bonus of $30 = $330 X 4 = $1320 in wagers needed)

I recently reviewed Jazz Sports and was very impressed with the quality of their customer service. 

As stated, Looselines is owned by Jazz Sports so it was no surprise to me that their customer service was as good or maybe even better. 

Looselines is available 24/7 through their chat feature and their support center.
 

Through Looselines’ support center, you can submit issues regarding your account, the platform’s cashier, bonuses, wagering, casino issues, horsebook issues, or technical support. 

This is a big strong point for Looselines as it shows their competency in dealing with customer complaints. I would imagine these support features are very helpful to gamblers who are having issues with the Looselines platform.
